Crockett will offer strength and agility training on Mondays-Thursdays from 8am-9:30am in the weight room. It will be run by our football coaching staff for all of our female athletes. This training will start the morning of June 10th. They will be meeting in the weight room and you can access the weight room by walking to the last door on the outside of the buildings (track side) The weight room door is closest to the baseball field.

Skill specific training, drills and scrimmaging will be held in the main gym on Thursdays from 12pm-2pm starting May 30th. Our last day of open gym before tryouts start will be Aug. 1st

NO open gym on the following days:
Thursday, June 27th – floors in the gym are being waxed
Thursday, July 4th – AISD is closed for the holiday
Thursday, July 25th- last day of Top Flight clinic (we are encouraging everyone to be at this clinic)

Top Flight Clinic
We will be hosting a clinic at Crockett High School that will be run by Top Flight Club Team. The clinic starts Monday, July 22nd- July 25th and will be from 9am-12pm each day. The clinic is optional, but highly encouraged to get ready for tryouts. The cost of the clinic is $75 and can be paid online through the link below or you can mail in your registration form with payment. The registration form can be accessed under the documents tab. You can also bring in the registration form and payment on the first day of the camp, but you will need to email Coach Henry at lorie.henry@austinisd.org and let her know you are coming so she can let the club team running the camp know for planning purposes.
